MSK Biomechanical Assessment
£75£75 paid in advance. Assessment lasts around an hour. Please bring your regular day-to-day footwear and any current orthotics. The £75 covers the assessment only and is non-refundable if orthotics are not required.

Ewa studied Podiatric Medicine at the University of East London, graduating with honours. She then spent years working for NHS Podiatry in Watford, gaining experience across the full spectrum of podiatric conditions, from ingrown toenail surgery and wound care to diabetes, vascular disease, and orthotics.
Now running footcare4eva from The Arcade in Bedford, Ewa combines her NHS expertise with the personalised attention of private practice, treating every patient as an individual.

Everything You Need
to Know Before You Visit
All appointments should ideally be booked in advance. Call us on 01234 930900. Walk-in may be possible but we are usually fully booked, so calling ahead saves you a wasted journey.
Your initial consultation lasts around 45 minutes: approximately 15 minutes for medical history and admin, and 30 minutes for treatment where possible. We'll check both feet for sensation and blood circulation and take your full medical history.
Yes. As an HCPC registered practice, we can provide a full invoice detailing our registration number, which is required by health insurers. Ask us for a receipt at your appointment.
Absolutely. Most instruments are single-use and disposed of after your appointment. Non-single-use instruments are sterilised in our own medical autoclave at 134–137°C for three minutes, following industry guidelines. Sterile instruments are then stored under UV light.
Drop-off and collection is possible via our rear door. Town centre car parks are a short walk away, and disabled parking is available nearby.
Yes, we accept both card and cash payments.
General treatment should not be painful. Where local anaesthetic is used (such as for nail surgery or Falknor's Needling), you may feel slight discomfort from the injection, but the area numbs quickly and most patients report minimal pain.
A carer or mobility assistant is welcome to accompany you in the treatment room. Others may wait in our reception area.
