MSK Biomechanical Assessment

The MSK assessment costs £75, payable in advance. If Orthotics are required, the price will be discussed during the assessment — the cost of any resulting Orthotics is in addition to the £75 assessment fee. The assessment typically lasts around one hour.

It is best to book in advance either by phone, by payment in person, or as a walk-in. On the day of your appointment, please bring the various shoes you wear (regular day-to-day footwear) and any current Orthotics — this will help the Podiatrist carry out a thorough assessment.

The £75 advance payment covers the assessment cost and is not refundable should the conclusion be that Orthotics are not required. If Orthotics are agreed upon, their costs can be confirmed at this assessment, and a deposit will be required before any provision is made (non-refundable). We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rebooking.

What to Bring

Please bring your regular day-to-day footwear and any existing orthotics or insoles. These provide valuable information during the gait analysis and help the Podiatrist make the most accurate assessment possible.
